Deborah Schrader has been the Lead Pastor of The Outpost since 2015. She previously served as the Mission's Director, NextGen Director, and continues to lead as Worship Pastor which she has done since 2011.

Ruth Rosenzweig has functioned as the Co-Pastor of The Outpost since 1991. She currently leads our Visitation, Hospitality, and NextGen Ministries.

Janis Sizemore has been an assisting minister since 2020. She currently oversees the financial department, leads worship, and assists with facilities.
